Family Law Attorney Opportunities (Associate & Senior Associate/Partner) – Hybrid

We are seeking experienced Family Law Attorneys to join a growing and collaborative team. These roles offer a hybrid schedule (3 days in-office, 2 days remote) and the opportunity to manage meaningful casework in a dynamic practice.

Associate Attorney

• 2+ years of experience
• Salary range: $80,000 – $140,000
• Must have trial experience, including handling divorce trials
• Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 20–30 cases
• At least 50% of practice focused on family law
• Strong preference for candidates comfortable working in-office as needed

Senior Associate / Partner

• 7+ years of experience
• Salary range: $140,000 – $175,000
• Extensive trial experience, including leading divorce trials
• Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 30–40 cases
• At least 50% of practice focused on family law
• Ideal candidates are confident litigators, highly organized, and able to manage multiple cases while delivering strong client service. This is a great opportunity to join a stable team with a consistent pipeline of work and long-term growth potential.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to the New Jersey State Bar and in good standing.
• Proven trial experience, particularly in divorce cases, is highly desirable.
• Strong negotiation, conflict resolution, and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to handle sensitive matters with the utmost integrity and discretion.
