Title: Family Law Attorney

Location: Virginia, USA (Open to 100% Remote)

Salary: $120k-$150k + Bonus

Haraka Headhunters LLC is an attorney search firm specializing in corporate attorney placements. We’re working very closely with a top-tier boutique law firm that is looking to add a new family law attorney to their team due to exponential growth.

Qualifications:

A minimum of 2 years of recent post-JD experience in the following areas:

• Divorce
• Alimony
• Annulment
• Child support
• Equitable distribution
• Child custody disputes
• Pre-nuptial agreements
• Post-nuptial agreements
• Must be comfortable billing a minimum of 1800 hours per annum

Education Requirements:

• JD or LLM from a US ABA-accredited law school
• Admitted and in good standing with the VA State Bar Association
• DC License is a plus
• Judicial clerkship is a major plus
