Facility Maintenance Technician

Pay Rate: $20.00–$24.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Facility Maintenance Technician to support property upkeep and unit turnover preparation. In this role, you will perform painting, drywall repair, light carpentry, and general maintenance tasks to ensure customer units are in excellent condition prior to leasing. This is a hands‑on position ideal for someone with a strong maintenance or construction background who takes pride in quality workmanship.

• Perform interior painting, drywall repair, patching, and finishing
• Complete light carpentry and general maintenance tasks
• Prepare and restore customer units prior to new occupancy
• Replace lightbulbs, locks, fixtures, and small appliances as needed
• Repair wall damage, patch holes, and repaint surfaces
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Use tools and equipment safely and efficiently

• Prior experience in painting, carpentry, maintenance, or general construction
• Experience with basic appliance repair, light fixtures, or remodeling tasks
• Valid state‑issued driver’s license
• Consistent and reliable work history
• Ability to work independently and manage daily task assignments

This is a Permanent position based out of Albany, NY.

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $24.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Albany,NY.
