The Facilities Maintenance Technician is responsible for delivering effective, efficient, and timely services to multiple customers within an assigned geographic territory. The role involves traveling to various customer sites to maintain commercial properties, using a company-provided vehicle and tools. The technician performs preventative, corrective, and predictive maintenance, troubleshooting, and general service of buildings, equipment, and grounds, while ensuring high work standards and professionalism.

Work Environment
Candidates will receive a company vehicle and their own set of tools, traveling to various sites such as banks, retail stores, and commercial buildings in the Milpitas East Bay area. The shift is from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday, and involves running solo after training, reporting to the regional manager. The workday starts from the residence to job site and back.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $28.00 - $33.00/hr.
