Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Facilities Coordinator who will play a crucial role in supporting and coordinating a team of multi-skilled operatives. This position involves developing strong working relationships with key stakeholders, landlords, managing agents, and facilities vendors to ensure all tasks are completed accurately and on time. The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining workspaces, event spaces, and occasionally the mailroom, ensuring the premises are kept in excellent condition.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and coordinate a small team of multi-skilled operatives.
  • Develop strong working relationships with client stakeholders, landlords, managing agents, and facilities vendors.
  • Manage on-site contractors to ensure performance meets required standards.
  • Assist in the procurement of vendors and services as needed.
  • Participate in financial processes to ensure timely and accurate completion of financial management requirements.
  • Manage purchase orders accurately within the internal financial platform.
  • Assist with monthly accrual reports and monitor finance trackers.
  • Conduct site inspections, assessments, regular audits, and carry out safety procedures.
  • Implement property risk management programs and industry best practice operations.
  • Support disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
  • Follow established escalation and incident reporting procedures.
  • Contribute to regular management reports and projects as required.
  • Achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreement (SLA) targets.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Experience with facility coordination and ticket systems such as Corrigo and Google systems.
  • Clean driving record and customer service experience.
Work Environment

The position requires agility and the ability to be on your feet, with tasks that may involve lifting up to 30 lbs. The role spans three floors and operates Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 5 pm. Candidates must provide their own parking, though a bus stop and train station are located a few blocks away. The dress code is casual, allowing for sneakers and jeans. Interviews will be conducted in person with a hiring manager and another manager in a single round.

This is a Contract position based out of Atlanta, GA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $27.00/hr.
