Pay Rate: $25.00 - 27.00/hour

Schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM PT (Lunch: 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM)

Duration: Long-term temp (possible temp to hire for the right fit)


Position Summary: Our client, a globally recognized investment management firm, is seeking a warm, front-facing Hospitality & Facilities Associate to support their Los Angeles office. This role is responsible for maintaining a high-quality workplace experience through hands-on support of corporate dining, catering, and meeting setups, as well as ensuring shared spaces are clean, organized, and well-maintained for employees and guests.


Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Maintain daily cleanliness and maintenance of all pantries, dinnerware and silverware, dining rooms, common areas, offices and conference rooms in addition to scheduled cleaning services
  • Provide assistance with large meeting set-ups which may include light moving and assist with catering set-up, removal of food/catering, and cleaning of conference rooms, etc.
  • Assist with general catering setups when needed
  • Work closely with Executive Assistants regarding group meetings and setup requests
  • Ensure all rooms are cared for and inspected according to standards
  • Detailed cleaning of workstations/offices for internal moves and new hires
  • Support specialized cleaning projects
  • Partner with Executive Assistants to assist with group meetings and setup requests
  • Monitor group meetings and requests in Outlook Calendar to ensure that hospitality needs are provided
  • Tidy and stock restrooms and Wellness Rooms
  • Maintain the organization of the pantry storage rooms
  • Receive grocery/snack orders from vendors and restock kitchens
  • Track inventory of snacks/beverages and all kitchen supplies
  • Escalate issues/repairs that need to be addressed to the Facilities team
  • Perform daily walkthrough of meeting rooms and pantry spaces
  • Provide flexible support when needed due to absences and/or shift gaps

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in Hospitality Services preferred
  • Ability to communicate via Microsoft Teams and Outlook
  • Customer Orientation skills
  • Cleaning experience preferred
