Who we are looking for...
You are a host through and through, and at the same time a talented leader who inspires the team with an entrepreneurial mindset and an engaging personality—while delighting our guests with our fantastic F&B concepts, Assoluto Ristorante & Deli and the westhub bar & lounge. Whether breakfast, lunch, or dinner, you keep an eye on everything, support your team, and bring trendy, innovative ideas in the F&B area to life.
What your responsibilities are...
- You lead all operational and administrative aspects of the assigned F&B areas.
- You never lose sight of the big picture and successfully guide and lead your team of employees and apprentices.
- You are present on the floor and with the guests, demonstrating what a fantastic host you are.
- You successfully bring creative and innovative F&B concepts to life, always keeping overarching hotel objectives, brand standards, and revenue targets in focus.
- You know how to draw the right conclusions from key performance indicators and consistently keep costs under control, balancing productivity and efficiency.
- You work closely with the Assistant Director of F&B to implement ideas successfully.
- You are involved in recruiting your team members and ensure their professional onboarding as well as a motivating working environment.
- You are a true team player, collaborating closely with all hotel departments and the leadership team.
- You are responsible for the continuous development of your team and apprentices and enjoy sharing your extensive knowledge.
- Social media is second nature to you, and you regularly provide content for our marketing team.
What we want from you....
- You have at least 2 years of professional experience in a comparable position with team leadership responsibility; international experience is an advantage.
- You are shaped by a modern leadership style and already have experience in leading and motivating employees.
- Work permit for Germany
- You take a hands-on approach and implement new trends with a high degree of creativity.
- Your strong sense of quality and high personal standards are evident in everything you do.
- You are a strong communicator with good command of both German and English.
- You are highly organized and never lose sight of the big picture.
- Your engaging personality, can-do attitude, and hands-on mentality are a natural part of who you are.
- Your guest-oriented mindset and high level of commitment inspire your team to achieve top performance.
