As an Assistant Manager, you help shape the guest experience and the culture of the restaurant. You support daily operations, lead and develop team members, maintain quality standards, and ensure every guest receives the warm, attentive Family Style Service that defines Caesars Entertainment. Your leadership keeps the restaurant running smoothly and creates an environment where both guests and employees feel valued.
What You’ll Do
- Maintain overall cleanliness, organization, and operational flow of the restaurant
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities to team members
- Assist in creating and managing staff schedules
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of IPA and Craft Beer types, styles, glassware, and characteristics
- Assist with inventory control of food products and supplies
- Train, evaluate, and coach employees to support their growth and performance
- Provide friendly, courteous service to all guests
- Assist in resolving guest concerns and promote positive guest relations
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support the department
- Must be available for scheduled shifts
- Model Caesars Entertainment’s Family Style Service at all times
