Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for an Executive Chef at Thumkaa Bar and Restaurant, located in Jamesburg, NJ. The Executive Chef will be responsible for leading kitchen operations, designing innovative seasonal menus, managing food preparation and safety, and ensuring high-quality standards in every dish. The role involves supervising kitchen staff, managing inventory and budgets, overseeing procurement, and maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations. The Executive Chef will play a key role in creating a memorable dining experience by combining exceptional culinary artistry with efficient kitchen management.
