Bulla Gastrobar is seeking a hands-on Executive Chef Partner to lead our Aventura location. At Bulla, the bar may be the center of attraction, but the kitchen is the heart of the experience. Our menu is rooted in Spanish and Catalan cuisine, built on fresh, high-quality ingredients and executed with consistency and pride in a lively, upscale-casual setting.
What We Offer
- Competitive Salary: $90,000–$110,000 + performance-based bonus

What You’ll Do
- Lead all back-of-house operations, ensuring consistency, quality, and execution
- Drive profitability through disciplined food cost, labor management, and operational controls
- Develop and coach Executive Sous Chefs, Sous Chefs, and line-level talent
- Maintain high standards in food safety, sanitation, and kitchen organization
- Oversee inventory, ordering, scheduling, and cost management
- Partner with leadership on strategic planning and business performance
- Build a strong leadership bench and promote from within
- Stay actively involved on the line and at expo during service
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5+ years as an Executive Chef in a high-volume restaurant
- Experience in upscale casual or casual fine dining
- Proven success managing food cost, labor, and kitchen performance metrics
- Strong leadership presence with a focus on team development and accountability
- Ability to operate with urgency in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Experience with restaurant systems, reporting, and inventory controls
- Spanish cuisine experience is a plus
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred
