A leading consulting firm in Chicago is seeking a highly polished and experienced Executive Assistant to the President. This hybrid role is a high-impact and highly visible role supporting a senior executive in a fast-paced, complex, and globally connected organization. This position offers a competitive salary of $100,000–$120,000. The ideal candidate is exceptionally organized, discreet, and a strong communicator who thrives in a dynamic corporate environment and is eager to play a key role at the executive level. Key Responsibilities of the EA to the President:
• Provide high-level administrative support to the President, including complex calendar management, meeting coordination, and prioritization of competing demands
• Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including detailed itineraries, logistics, and expense reporting
• Serve as a primary point of contact, managing communications with internal stakeholders, senior leadership, and external partners
• Prepare, edit, and manage professional correspondence, presentations, and reports with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality
• Anticipate executive needs and proactively address scheduling, operational, and administrative challenges
• Facilitate executive meetings, including agenda preparation, note-taking, and follow-up on action items
• Navigate and coordinate across multiple departments within a large, matrixed organization
• Support special projects, strategic initiatives, and cross-functional collaboration as needed
• Maintain strict confidentiality and exercise sound judgment in handling sensitive information
Qualifications of the EA to the President:
• 10–15+ years of experience supporting senior executives, preferably at the C-suite level
• Prior experience working within a large, global organization; strong understanding of complex corporate structures and stakeholder management
• Proven experience coordinating international travel and supporting executives with global responsibilities
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a high level of professionalism
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated ability to exercise discretion, sound judgment, and confidentiality at all times
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Highly detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
