Your new role

Our client is seeking an experienced Executive Administrative Assistant to the CEO to provide high‑level, confidential support within the Office of the CEO. You will act as a trusted partner to the CEO and select Executive leaders, managing complex calendars, travel, expenses, and executive communications. You’ll proactively juggle competing priorities, anticipate needs, and ensure the smooth day‑to‑day operation of the Executive Office. The role also includes supporting Board of Directors and Board Committee activities, including scheduling, logistics, preparation of materials, minute‑taking, and occasional on‑site support. This is a high‑visibility role requiring sound judgment, discretion, and confidence operating at executive and board level.


What you will need to succeed

  • 8+ years’ experience providing senior‑level executive support
  • Experience supporting a CEO and managing complex, competing priorities
  • Strong calendar management and executive coordination skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Office capability (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
  • Experience supporting board‑level meetings, materials, and minutes
  • High discretion, professionalism, and sound judgment
  • Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced executive environment
