Blue Highway Records is building a modern country label grounded in craft, artist development, and long-term vision. We are looking for an Executive Assistant to support the CEO in a fast-moving, high-trust environment at the center of music, culture, and business.

This is not a traditional assistant role. This is a strategic operator who can anticipate needs, manage complexity, and move with precision across artists, executives, and partners.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage a high-volume, constantly shifting calendar across internal, artist, and external meetings.
  • Coordinate travel and logistics, both domestic and international, with precision and efficiency.
  • Serve as a gatekeeper and liaison between the CEO and artists, managers, executives, and partners.
  • Prepare materials for meetings including briefs, agendas, and follow-ups.
  • Track key priorities and ensure timely execution across multiple workstreams.
  • Manage and track expenses, including submitting reports, reconciling receipts, and ensuring timely reimbursement.
  • Handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion.
  • Support on-site needs for events, showcases, and key moments across the label.
  • Anticipate needs before they arise and solve problems proactively.

Other Duties:

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, with direct experience in the music business required.
  • Experience managing expenses and working with finance teams or expense platforms.
  • Deep understanding of how the music industry operates — including artists, managers, touring, and label functions.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to operate calmly under pressure and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism.
  • Strong instincts and judgment — you know what matters and what can wait.
  • Someone who understands the pace and personalities of the music business.
  • Someone who takes pride in being reliable, prepared, and two steps ahead.
  • Someone who values taste, relationships, and long-term thinking.
