Executive Assistant to Chief Executive Officer

Description of Role: The essential role of this position is to assist the President of Park Place Finance.


This is done by:

  • Act as a gatekeeper for the President and other Executive Staff, managing calendars and filtering emails to optimize the time of executives
  • Manage projects for organizational growth and process improvement
  • Perform general HR tasks and assist in building team culture
  • Organize company expenses and work with the accounting department to ensure timely payments
  • Coordinate hiring process and interview scheduling for the Executive Team
  • Complete applications, and renewals for third party vendors and partner relationships
  • Oversee clerical, administrative and all business details; Perform other related duties as assigned or requested


Qualifications:

  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, communication and problem- solving skills
  • Strict attention to detail with ability to prioritize issues appropriately
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Hands-on and willing to roll up sleeves to perform any and all responsibilities needed to ensure success
  • Proficiency in Microsoft and Google Suite
  • Experience with a project management software preferred (Asana, Monday, ClickUp, etc.)


Working Hours: This is a 40+ hour per week position. Expected hours are 9:00am-6:00pm, Monday-Friday.
