We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support one of the firm’s Executive Vice Presidents. This is a full-time, on-site role ideal for someone who is organized, professional, and eager to grow.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Review, draft, and manage email correspondence
  • Manage and coordinate the Executive Vice President’s schedule
  • Serve as proxy for the Executive Vice President in designated meetings
  • Make and receive phone calls with professionalism and discretion
  • Prepare materials and documentation for stakeholder meetings
