Global, rapidly growing consumer services firm is seeking a top notch Executive Assistant to support the 3 executives.


Responsibilities

  • Heavy gatekeeping and calendar management
  • Travel and expenses
  • Meeting logistics and planning
  • Revising Word and PPT docs
  • Maintaining Excel spreadsheets
  • Office management, reception coverage
  • Ad hoc projects as needed


Qualifications

  • College degree
  • 5-7 years of relevant administrative support experience
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) and Concur
  • Must have a strong ability to multitask, prioritize and shift priorities
  • Be able to simultaneously support multiple executives
  • Thick-skinned and flexible are key attributes to being successful in this seat
