Company Description
Rare Earths Americas (REA) is an exploration-stage company focused on advancing a portfolio of critical minerals projects that emphasize high-grade heavy rare earth mineral assets. With three key projects located in Brazil and the USA, REA is committed to defining mineralization and enhancing our understanding of the economic value of these assets. Our work seeks to position REA as a vital contributor to non-Chinese rare earth supply, in alignment with Western industrial and national security interests. We aim to lead in the development of future critical resources necessary for global innovation and sustainability.
Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Executive Assistant Office Manager to join our dynamic team. This hybrid role is based in the Denver Metropolitan Area, offering a mix of in-office and remote work flexibility. The selected candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support to leadership, manage office operations, oversee scheduling and correspondence, and coordinate logistics for meetings and events. Additional responsibilities include maintaining office equipment, ensuring the smooth functioning of administrative systems, and contributing to a positive and professional office environment.
We are seeking a high-energy, professional, and ultra-organized Office Manager to serve as the administrative backbone of our growing exploration mining company. This isn’t a typical "desk job"—you will be the central hub connecting our field operations, corporate leadership, and local vendors.
If you are a master multi-tasker who thrives on bringing order to a fast-paced environment—from managing a warehouse to welcoming a new geologist to the team—we want to meet you.
Logistics & Onboarding
• Employee Success: Lead the "New Hire" experience for Georgia-based staff. Manage equipment distribution, set up IT tickets, and ensure a seamless start for every team member.
• Travel & Housing: Coordinate all local housing and travel logistics for visiting contractors and field crews. This includes managing short-term rentals and local hotel partnerships.
• People Support: Conduct local reference checks and support the hiring process for field and office staff.
Facilities & Operations
• Property Management: Act as the primary point of contact for our Manchester office and warehouse/storage facilities.
• Vendor & Contractor Relations: Source and manage local maintenance contractors (HVAC, cleaning, security, insurance inspectors) to ensure all facilities are safe and functional.
• Insurance Coordination: Work with the General Counsel to ensure we maintain in good order all corporate insurance policies and manage the certification and registration process for the fleet of trucks
Administrative Leadership
• Office Backbone: Manage document flow, correspondence, and executive support.
• Financial Support: Oversee local accounts payable, process expense reports, and maintain relationships with regional suppliers.
Who You Are
• A "Fixer": You don’t wait for instructions; you see a facility issue or a logistical gap and solve it.
• Professional & Connected: You represent the company to the Manchester community with high integrity.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft 365 and comfortable navigating IT support systems.
• Adaptable: You are just as comfortable discussing insurance provisions for a warehouse as you are organizing a team lunch.
