THE ROLE

This is a high‑level Executive Assistant position supporting the office of a senior executive within the firm’s leadership team. You’ll work closely with top stakeholders and partner as part of a strong, collaborative administrative group. The role is based in New York and requires a consistent in‑office presence (Monday–Thursday, with flexibility on Fridays as needed).

The position is fast‑paced and highly exposed, requiring exceptional judgment, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to manage complex workflows. Responsibilities include managing heavy scheduling and travel, coordinating with internal and external senior stakeholders, and taking ownership of both administrative and project‑based work from start to finish. Flexibility around hours is essential, given the nature of the executive’s priorities.


THE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of experience supporting C‑suite or equivalent senior executives within a demanding, high‑expectation environment. You are polished, proactive, calm under pressure, and able to anticipate needs with limited direction.

Key qualities include:

  • Extensive experience managing complex calendars and global travel
  • Absolute discretion and comfort with confidential information
  • Strong service mindset with urgency, flexibility, and follow‑through
  • Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and problem‑solving capability
  • Clear, confident communication skills
  • Team‑oriented approach, comfortable partnering closely with other EAs
  • High proficiency in Outlook; strong working knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Experience in financial services or a similarly rigorous industry is a plus (not required)
