An exciting new position in Miami has just become available.

This Big Law Firm is looking for a Legal Executive Assistant for one of their Senior Partners at the firm.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience as a Executive Assistant for a C level or Senior Partner
• Law Firm experience is plus but not required
• Provides administrative support to the Partner, including the management and coordination of assigned projects both business and personal.
• Extensive travel coordination for domestic and international travel.
• Arranges and schedules appointments, meetings, conference/video calls and monitors complex calendar updates and changes.
• Handles expense reports and works with accounting for payment of corporate expenses.
• Ability to track and resolve issues associated with the implementation of the Partner’s ever-changing priorities.
• Assists with managing personal accounts and dealings with personal tasks required to free up Partner’s time to focus on business.
• Provides administrative support to the Partner, including the management and coordination of assigned projects both business and personal.
