This role sits at the centre of the business.
You will act as the eyes and ears of the CEO, operating across strategic projects, business operations, and day-to-day execution ensuring nothing slips, priorities stay aligned, and the CEO operates at maximum effectiveness.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Owning a complex, ever-changing calendar across international time zones
- Acting as a strategic filter for the CEO’s time, focus, and priorities
- Managing inbox communications and driving actions forward
- Supporting strategic initiatives and business operations projects
- Preparing high-quality materials for board, investor, and leadership meetings
- Acting as a key liaison across internal teams and global stakeholders
- Representing the CEO professionally across meetings, events, and communications
- Coordinating international travel and high-profile engagements
- Bringing structure, clarity, and momentum to a fast-paced environment
