Role Description


As Executive Assistant to the CEO at Onetera, you will manage the full scope of the CEO’s personal and professional logistics — from daily life management to calendar coordination, travel, financial admin, and vendor relationships.


This is not a traditional admin role. You will operate with a high degree of autonomy, own entire workflows end-to-end, and proactively anticipate needs rather than wait for instructions. The goal is simple: free the CEO’s time and mental energy entirely for the work only he can do.


The role is heavily weighted toward personal life management (household, health, travel, errands, financial coordination) with some business support (scheduling, inbox triage, meeting prep, vendor follow-ups).


We are looking for someone who is highly organized, deeply discreet, and takes genuine pride in making someone else’s life run seamlessly.


This is an on-site role located in Los Angeles, CA.

Qualifications


- Experience as an executive assistant, personal assistant, or chief of staff — ideally supporting a founder or CEO

- Demonstrated ability to manage sensitive personal and financial information with complete discretion

- Strong organizational systems — you have a method for tracking dozens of open tasks and never dropping balls

- Proactive mindset — you anticipate needs and solve problems before they’re raised

- Comfortable coordinating across professionals (CPAs, attorneys, financial advisors, contractors, medical offices)

- Clear, concise written and verbal communication

- Based in or willing to relocate to Los Angeles

- Experience supporting a founder at an early-stage startup

- Familiarity with tools like Notion, 1Password, Ramp/Brex, Google Workspace

- Experience with basic bookkeeping, expense management, or insurance coordination

- Experience managing travel logistics including international travel
