About the Role

This role is ideal for a highly polished, career EA who thrives in a structured support capacity. You’ll serve as a true partner to an analytical, fast-moving executive—bringing organization, foresight, and consistency to day-to-day operations.

This is not a stepping-stone role—they are looking for someone who enjoys being an Executive Assistant long-term and takes pride in delivering exceptional support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Full ownership of complex calendar management and scheduling
  • Thoughtful travel coordination
  • Meeting preparation, materials, note-taking, and follow-ups
  • File and information organization across internal systems
  • Vendor coordination (office + IT) and light troubleshooting
  • Oversight of tools, workflows, and access permissions
  • Office support, including inventory, vendor communication, and general operations

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of Executive Assistant experience (consulting, family office, or similar high-touch environments preferred)
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and follow-through
  • Strong communicator with a polished, thoughtful approach
  • Proactive and anticipatory—able to “work backward” from priorities and deadlines
  • Comfortable working independently with minimal oversight
  • Tech-savvy and able to troubleshoot basic issues (Zoom, WiFi, A/V, etc.)
  • High level of discretion and experience in handling confidential information

Ideal Candidate

  • A career EA who is looking for a long-term home—not a transitional role
  • Brings a calm, focused, and structured working style
  • Someone who is thoughtful, observant, and solutions-oriented
  • Operates with a no-task-too-big-or-small mindset and a strong sense of ownership
  • Has a hospitality-driven approach, anticipating needs beyond what’s asked

If you’re a highly organized, detail-driven Executive Assistant who enjoys supporting at a high level and building long-term partnerships, we’d love to connect.
