Executive Assistant to Senior Leadership (Multi-Executive Support)

📍 Uptown Dallas, TX (Onsite)

A highly reputable Dallas-based investment firm has partnered with our team on a confidential search for a senior-level Executive Assistant to support multiple Partners in a fast-paced, deal-driven environment.

This is a high-visibility, high-impact role where you will operate as a true business partner — owning workflows, managing competing priorities, and removing administrative friction at the highest level.

The Opportunity

This is not a traditional EA role. The right candidate will step into a high-ownership environment where speed, judgment, and execution are critical.

You will support three senior executives with dynamic schedules and shifting priorities, acting as both a gatekeeper and strategic coordinator across their day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage complex, ever-changing calendars across multiple executives
  • Coordinate domestic travel with frequent last-minute adjustments
  • Own expense reporting, receipts, and reimbursements end-to-end
  • Proactively troubleshoot scheduling conflicts and travel disruptions
  • Execute tasks with full ownership and zero drop-off in follow-through
  • Provide light personal support (errands, logistics, coordination)
  • Assist with ad hoc office needs and team support
  • Serve as a true prioritization partner to leadership

What We’re Looking For

Must-Have Experience:

  • ~10+ years of Executive Assistant experience (flexible for exceptional candidates)
  • Proven track record supporting multiple senior executives simultaneously
  • Experience in fast-paced, high-demand environments (e.g., finance, deal-driven, entrepreneurial)
  • Strong tenure in previous roles and demonstrated reliability
  • Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through

Preferred Background:

  • Exposure to private equity, investment firms, or similar industries
  • Experience coordinating complex or non-traditional travel
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

Key Traits for Success

  • High EQ and strong situational awareness — able to “read the room”
  • Direct, adaptable, and resilient under pressure
  • Resourceful problem solver with a figure-it-out mentality
  • Naturally proactive with strong judgment
  • Comfortable in a direct, fast-moving, non-corporate culture
  • No task too small mindset

Work Environment

  • Fast-paced, deal-oriented environment with tight timelines
  • High expectations paired with strong team camaraderie
  • Casual, direct communication style
  • Onsite role with flexibility required outside standard hours when needed

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary targeting $100K-120K (DOE)
  • Bonus opportunity (10%)
  • Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision (100% covered for employee only)

Additional Details

  • High-priority, urgent search
  • Streamlined interview process (1–2 rounds)
  • Background, credit, and education verification required

Why This Role Stands Out

This is an opportunity to step into a true right-hand role where your ability to anticipate needs, drive execution, and operate with urgency will directly impact senior leadership effectiveness.

If you are a high-caliber Executive Assistant who thrives in fast-moving environments and takes pride in owning your work from start to finish, we’d welcome a confidential conversation.
