Position Summary

A person in this position supports the CEO and CFO, acting as an extension of leadership across operations, cadence, communications, and events. This individual will manage the end-to-end Leadership Operating Rhythm as well as lead the onboarding experience for senior-level hires and direct reports of the CEO/ CFO. Someone in this position will need to be comfortable drafting communications, organizing events and experiences (both internal and customer events), and driving special projects across cross-departmental functions. This person needs to be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, showing initiative and acting as a key representative of company culture both internally and externally.


Job-Specific Responsibilities:

  • Provide basic calendar support to the Executive team, including calendar, travel, and prioritization based on company needs
  • Assist the Chief of Staff with management of the end-to-end Leadership Operating Rhythm. This includes coordinating the distribution of monthly reporting packages, managing board prep timelines, and ensuring all follow-up items from executive meetings are tracked to completion.
  • Lead the onboarding experience for new senior-level hires and all CEO/CFO direct reports, ensuring new leaders are integrated into our communication cadence and cultural norms from day one
  • Assist with internal team communications and town hall presentations, ensuring our messaging is clear and consistent
  • Handle cross-coordination with external parties— lenders, auditors, or key customers/suppliers. This includes vetting meeting requests, managing response timelines, and protecting bandwidth for high-impact decision-making.
  • Drive special projects requiring cross-departmental follow-ups that do not meet the strategic scope or that overflow the Chief of Staff and/or PM responsibilities .

Skills & Experience

  • 7–15 years experience required
  • Consulting or PE-backed background preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills preferred
  • Experience with events & communications ownership preferred
