Executive Assistant / Right-Hand to Founder & CEO North Dallas, TX (Hybrid) | $100K to $125K Base + Profit Share + Full Benefits
We're partnering with a high-performing founder/CEO based in North Dallas to find his next right-hand.
This is not a traditional EA role.
Much of the calendar and inbox management is already handled by AI and systems. What this founder is looking for is something rarer: a true operating partner who elevates how he shows up in the world, both professionally and personally.
What the role actually looks like day to day:
You'd be the person who represents him at dinners, events, and key meetings with confidence and warmth. The one who builds and maintains relationships with the people in his orbit: clients, collaborators, family, inner circle. The one who curates travel that feels intentional, not just booked. Who handles gifting with thought and taste, not just a corporate catalogue. Who manages personal logistics, household coordination, and lifestyle details so that his world runs seamlessly.
On the business side, you'd manage follow-ups and relationship development, prepare him for key interactions, keep projects and priorities moving, and act as the connective tissue between his personal and professional life. You'd attend meetings, take ownership of action items, and proactively flag what needs attention before it becomes urgent.
This is someone who operates with a founder's mindset: you see the full picture, you think ahead, and you make things happen without being asked. You're not waiting for a task list. You're building one.
What he values most in this partnership:
Loyalty. He wants someone who sees this as a long-term relationship, not a stepping stone. The last thing he's looking for is someone who'll be gone in 18 months.
Emotional intelligence. The ability to read a room, adjust on the fly, and navigate complex dynamics with grace. Whether it's a high-stakes business dinner or a personal family moment, you know how to show up.
Taste and presence. He cares about how things look, feel, and land. From the restaurants you recommend to the way you set up a room to the gift you choose for a client, the details matter. He wants someone who has opinions about what "good" looks like and acts on them.
A genuine thought partner. Not a yes-person. Someone who pushes back thoughtfully, offers perspective, and helps shape how things go. He wants to trust your judgment, not just your execution.
Discretion. You'll have access to the full picture of his life. That requires someone who treats confidentiality as second nature, not something that needs to be spelled out.
You might be the right fit if:
You've supported a principal, executive, or family at a deep, trust-based level where the role went well beyond calendar management.
You've worked in environments where the standard for service, taste, and discretion is high: luxury hospitality, private family offices, private wealth management, high-end retail, or similar.
You've been the person who makes things feel effortless for the people around you, and you take genuine pride in that craft.
You've managed both business and personal responsibilities for someone and found energy in the integration, not stress.
You've built relationships that your principal relied on, not just a to-do list they delegated to.
And ideally, you've stayed somewhere long enough to prove that you're someone people trust with the full picture.
