Position: Executive Administrative Assistant
Salary: $70,000-80,000/year (depending on experience)
Location: San Antonio, TX 78216
Schedule: Monday-Thursday onsite and Friday remote - 8:00am-5:00pm CT
Must-Haves:
- High School Diploma or equivalent work experience
- 5-7 years of administrative assistant experience supporting a EVP or higher
- Experience managing calendars, events, meetings, and correspondence
- Professional communication skills with sound judgment and discretion
- Basic understanding of budgeting concepts and expense tracking through Concur
- Previous experience providing administrative support for All Staff Meetings

Job Description:
Insight Global is seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant to support senior leadership at a nationally recognized fast‑food organization that recently celebrated its 75th anniversary. This individual will act as a trusted partner to executive leadership, managing day-to-day administrative operations, complex scheduling, and high-level communications. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced corporate environment while supporting strategic initiatives and cross-functional collaboration.
- Serve as primary point of contact for the CFO & 3 VPs within the finance department
- Manage complex calendars, meetings, and travel coordination
- Prepare executive-level presentations, reports, and briefing materials
- Support internal communications with content and distribution recommendations
- Coordinate onsite and offsite meetings, vendors, and event logistics
- Assist with budget tracking, expense reporting, and variance review
- Maintain documentation, team sites, policies, and distribution lists
- Provide support for All Staff Meetings including but not limited to, scheduling, birthday announcements & anniversaries
- Provide project coordination support including meeting prep, action tracking, and follow-ups
