5-7 years of administrative assistant experience supporting a EVP or higher
Experience managing calendars, events, meetings, and correspondence
Professional communication skills with sound judgment and discretion
Basic understanding of budgeting concepts and expense tracking through Concur
Previous experience providing administrative support for All Staff Meetings
Plusses:
Exposure to restaurant or hospitality industry
Familiarity with cross-functional corporate environments
Day-to-Day:
Serve as primary point of contact for the CFO & 3 VPs within the finance department
Manage complex calendars, meetings, and travel coordination
Prepare executive-level presentations, reports, and briefing materials
Support internal communications with content and distribution recommendations
Coordinate onsite and offsite meetings, vendors, and event logistics
Assist with budget tracking, expense reporting, and variance review
Maintain documentation, team sites, policies, and distribution lists
Provide support for All Staff Meetings including but not limited to; scheduling, birthday announcements & anniversaries
Provide project coordination support including meeting prep, action tracking, and follow-ups
