Executive Assistant to the CEO
Location: Onsite North Jersey
Focus: Executive Support, Brand Management, and Gatekeeping
This is a high-stakes role supporting one of the top brokers in the country. You will serve as CEO's "right hand," managing a complex calendar, high-value client communications, and special projects. This role requires someone who is always three steps ahead, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and possesses "white-glove" professional polish.
Key ResponsibilitiesCalendar & Travel: Manage an ever-shifting schedule of listing appointments, media appearances, and speaking engagements.
Communication: Act as the primary gatekeeper, managing high-volume email and phone correspondence with luxury clients and vendors.
Project Management: Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns, luxury events, and personal branding initiatives.
Transaction Liaison: Assist in gathering sensitive documents and coordinating with the transaction team to ensure personal listings close smoothly.
Confidentiality: Handle sensitive financial and personal information with absolute discretion.
3–5+ years experience supporting a C-Suite executive or high-volume Real Estate Broker.
Impeccable written and verbal communication skills.
Expert-level proficiency in Google Workspace, CRMs (like Follow Up Boss), and social media platforms.
A "no task is too small" attitude combined with high-level strategic thinking.
Base Salary: $85,000 – $100,000
Total Compensation: $95,000 – $115,000 (Highly dependent on the candidate’s ability to take on "Chief of Staff" level responsibilities).
