Event Manager – Dallas, TX

We’re seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Event Manager to lead dining and event operations at a dynamic business campus in Dallas. This role is perfect for a hospitality professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced corporate environment and takes pride in delivering seamless, high-quality guest experiences.

Compensation & Benefits

Responsibilities
  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee all campus events, meetings, and catered functions
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, internal teams, and catering partners from start to finish
  • Ensure flawless service delivery and exceptional guest satisfaction
  • Lead, train, and motivate banquet and service staff for smooth execution
  • Collaborate with culinary, operations, and administrative teams to manage logistics
  • Maintain clear and professional communication throughout the planning and execution process
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of event or banquet management experience, ideally in a corporate or business campus environment
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
  • Proven track record managing high-volume or high-profile events
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when required
