Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as an Equity Plan Management Associate. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in numeric analysis and procedural management, and will be proficient in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Excel and Word and detail oriented. This role requires competence in prioritizing tasks with tight deadlines and supporting projects aimed at enhancing business operations, you will play a crucial role in supporting our clients' strategic goals through innovative share plan administration and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Job Responsibilities
- Equity Plan Management operations
- Day-to-day administration of different share plans: Purchase Plans, Stock Option and Restricted Stock Plans
- Manage client events including enrolment, purchase, vesting, and exercise of options
- Accurate record keeping of all transactions related to the share plan, including grants, exercises, releases, and sales of shares
- Prepare reports for clients and their payrolls
- Prepare strategy presentations & data to support decision-making. Support the delivery of share plan administration tasks for a portfolio of companies within a collaborative team environment.
- Timely completion of routine data processing tasks, such as data uploads, reconciliations, and standard processing.
- Assist in the preparation and review of reports and other documents.
- Maintain comprehensive procedural and process documentation to ensure accurate transaction processing and risk minimization.
- Support the planning and execution of company events.
- Support projects aimed at enhancing business operations.

- Drive execution of operational strategy and present business updates to critical stakeholders, including senior leadership, ensuring compliance with operational guidelines and policies.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Postgraduate / MBA / bachelor’s degree with experience in financial markets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven team player and people management experience.
- Strong understanding of equities
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills, including data analysis and understanding data flows.
- Proactive and positive approach with ability to learn concepts and procedures quickly.
- Delivery-focused with strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Strong interpersonal skills to optimize relationships and collaboration with team, stakeholders and cross-functional teams, managing projects, solving problems, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Understanding of cybersecurity controls and anti-fraud strategies to identify and prevent potential threats, ensuring the protection of information and systems, with a proven track record in enhancing customer experience.
