Epic MyChart Application Analyst : 26-01013

Job Summary:
The Senior Epic MyChart Application Analyst will play a crucial role in optimizing enterprise patient communications across various care workflows, focusing on the deployment and enhancement of Epic MyChart, Care Companion, and Care Journeys. This position involves leading the design, configuration, and support of patient engagement solutions while ensuring alignment with organizational technology strategies. The role requires advanced technical expertise in Epic applications, particularly in managing complex system configurations and upgrades to enhance patient communication capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the installation and configuration of new Epic patient communication applications, including MyChart and Care Journeys.
• Optimize and upgrade existing patient communication workflows; validate enhancements.
• Develop schedules for go-live and expansion of new patient communication functionalities.
• Provide in-depth application support for new modules and functionality within Epic.
• Lead troubleshooting efforts and resolution of complex issues to improve system performance and patient engagement.

Must-Have Skills:

• Extensive experience with Epic MyChart configuration and optimization.
• Proficient in designing workflow and event-driven patient communications.
• Strong understanding of Epic patient engagement architecture and the ability to implement clinical solutions.

Industry Experience Required:
Healthcare Information Technology. This position requires candidates with a strong background in healthcare IT focusing on patient communication systems and Epic application suites, aiming to improve patient engagement and experience across care settings.
