💼 Full-Time | Some Travel Required

We’re looking for a seasoned EPC Project Manager III to join a growing High Voltage Distribution (HVD) Program Management team supporting critical electric infrastructure projects.

This is a high-impact role managing a large portfolio of distribution projects (not transmission or power generation) and working cross-functionally with engineering, construction, supply chain, and environmental teams to deliver essential grid improvements.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Manage 100+ active work orders/projects simultaneously ($30M–$60M total portfolio value)
  • Lead projects end-to-end: planning → design → procurement → field execution
  • Oversee electric distribution projects (46kV & 138kV), including:
  • Pole replacements & pole-top assemblies
  • Line rebuilds and long-distance rehabilitation
  • Line sensors and infrastructure upgrades
  • Translate field data into clear, actionable reports and insights
  • Support project controls activities (scope, cost, schedule oversight)
  • Communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders across disciplines
  • Contribute to emerging projects (drones, fencing, transformer replacements, expansions)

What We’re Looking For

  • 10+ years of project management experience (EPC or infrastructure preferred)
  • Strong ability to manage complex, high-volume project portfolios
  • Experience working with data, reporting, and analytics
  • Proficiency in MS Excel (Power BI is a strong plus)
  • Utility or electrical background preferred (but not required)
  • Experience with tools like Unifier or ProjectWise is a plus
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Bachelor’s degree not required

Why This Role Stands Out

  • Work on critical grid infrastructure supporting expanding energy demands
  • Join a growing, collaborative program team with strong leadership support
  • Exposure to innovative projects and evolving technologies
  • Hybrid flexibility (3 days onsite)
  • Per diem considered for exceptional candidates

Team & Environment

You’ll be part of a focused PM team within a larger program structure, collaborating with engineers, planners, and field teams to drive successful project execution across a rapidly expanding footprint.

If you’re a hands-on Project Manager who thrives in fast-paced, data-driven environments, this is a great opportunity to step into a highly visible role with real impact.
