Tetra Tech is looking for a full-time Environmental Project Manager based in Helena, MT.

Position Summary
This selected candidate will lead and manage environmental consulting and due diligence projects from proposal through closeout, ensuring technical excellence, regulatory compliance, on-time delivery, and adherence to budget. The incumbent will serve as the primary client contact, coordinate multi-disciplinary project teams, prepare and review technical reports, and guide field investigations and remedial activities. The position requires strong technical expertise in environmental science, geology, chemistry, or engineering, proven project management skills, and the ability to mentor junior staff.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in geology, environmental science, environmental engineering, chemistry, or closely related scientific or engineering discipline AND one of the following:
4-8 years relevant experience.
Experience preparing and managing bids, proposals, and budgets for small projects.

Must be able to drive on a regular basis. � Passing a motor vehicle record background check and maintaining a valid driver's license and good driving record is required.�

Ability to perform field duties that may include walking over uneven terrain.
Lift and carry equipment weighing up to 50lbs.

Prolonged periods of standing.
Able to don and work in personal protective equipment (PPE) when conditions require it.

Travel to client sites and regulatory meetings as required.

Additional Information
This full-time position requires roughly 3
0% travel.

The typical work schedule is 8 hours per day in the office, Monday through Friday. �

The Salary Range for this position is $65,000 - $90,000, depending on education, experience, skills, and location.
