Manufacturing/Production Associate I – Environmental Operations

Location/Division Specific Information:
This role is in the Lab Product Division and will be performed at our Miami, OK location.
How You Will Make an Impact:
The Manufacturing/Production Associate supports environmental production operations by performing routine tasks associated with capping, washing, drying, and packaging processes. This role ensures adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs), maintains accurate documentation, and contributes to product quality and operational efficiency.
A Day in the Life:
Operate and monitor equipment including cappers, washers, and dryers in accordance with established procedures
Perform basic equipment operations and ensure proper functionality during production runs
Complete and maintain required documentation and paperwork for environmental processes and procedures
Execute packaging activities, including material handling and product preparation
Pull samples and manage archives for product sampling and quality tracking
Perform tasks as directed by supervisors and follow all assigned work instructions
Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instruction Outlines (WOIs)
Recognize and respond appropriately to process events or deviations
Support operational KPIs by maintaining productivity, quality, and efficiency standards
Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Experience:
No previous work experience required
Ability to read, understand, andretainprocedural documentation
Basic mechanical aptitude and ability tooperateproduction equipment.
Minimum of 6 months of experience in manufacturing or production environment preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
Ability to read, understand, and retain SOPs and work instructions
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures accurately
Effective time management skills and ability to meet production timelines
Ability to adapt to changing daily production needs
Strong teamwork skills; able to collaborate and accept constructive feedback
Basic understanding of performance metrics (KPIs) and production tracking
Physical Requirements and Work Environment:
Fast-paced manufacturing/production setting
Routine interaction with production equipment and materials
Requires adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards
