Location: Sabetha, Kansas (On-Site)
Compensation: $119,000 – $145,000 Base Salary + Annual Bonus (flexibility up to $160,000 for exceptional candidates)

About the Opportunity
A well-established global manufacturing organization is seeking an experienced Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Manager to lead and strengthen EHS programs across four manufacturing facilities. This is a highly visible role with direct responsibility for regulatory compliance, safety initiatives, environmental programs, audits, policy development, and continuous improvement efforts.
The organization is part of a multi-billion-dollar global manufacturing group with more than 10,000 employees worldwide, while maintaining a collaborative, close-knit culture at the local operating level.
This position is considered a critical hire and offers the opportunity to make an immediate impact while helping shape the future direction of EHS across multiple facilities.
Position Overview
The EHS Manager will oversee environmental, health, and safety programs across four manufacturing sites, including three facilities located in northeast Kansas and one additional facility in the Midwest.
This leader will be responsible for building and standardizing processes, ensuring compliance with OSHA and environmental regulations, leading audits, developing policies and procedures, and driving a proactive safety culture throughout the organization.
The successful candidate will partner closely with operations leadership and play a key role in supporting future growth initiatives, including the development of the EHS function and team structure.
