Environment, Health and Safety Manager

EHSS Manager – Manufacturing | City of Industry, CA (Onsite)

LHH is working with a manufacturing client to hire an experienced EHSS Manager to lead environmental, health, safety, and security programs at an onsite facility in City of Industry, CA.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead site EHSS compliance, audits, inspections, and incident investigations
• Manage CA & federal environmental programs (hazardous waste, stormwater, permits)
• Partner with corporate EHSS and site leadership on continuous improvement
• Oversee emergency preparedness, change management, and employee training
• Serve as primary contact for regulatory agencies

Qualifications

• 7+ years EHSS leadership in manufacturing or heavy industrial environments
• Strong CA environmental compliance experience
• Proven ability to implement EHSS programs and influence site culture
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; EHS certifications a plus
• Spanish/English bilingual a plus
