We specialize exclusively in deep tech – semiconductor, AI silicon, embedded software, robotics, photonics, and the hardware-led industries shaping the future of compute. The Role

The Entry Level Recruitment Consultant role is our first stepping stone to becoming a full 360 consultant. entry-level position. A structured training programme will be delivered, designed to develop you into a fully-fledged 360 Recruitment Consultant.

You'll work closely with our leadership to develop the skills that define exceptional recruitment consultants – sourcing, qualification, candidate management, client development, market expertise, and commercial judgement. You'll learn directly from people who've built recruitment businesses before, in a market experiencing huge growth and huge potential.

You'll start in a resourcing role, learning recruitment from the ground up. You'll source candidates, learn your market by talking to it, and develop the discipline that underpins every successful recruiter. From there, you'll progress into running candidate processes end-to-end, then into client development, until you're operating as a full 360 consultant with your own desk and your own clients.

This isn't a sink-or-swim role. We invest and pride ourselves in your development because we want the people we hire now to be the leaders of this business in the years ahead.

Your Development

• Resourcing first. Learn the fundamentals. Source and headhunt candidates across your deep tech vertical. Speak to candidates daily. Build market intelligence.
• Develop the habits of a high-performing recruiter.
• Candidate-led 360. Take ownership of candidate processes. Manage interviews, offers, and placements.
• Deepen your expertise in your vertical. Start contributing to client relationships through the strength of your work.
• Full 360. Move into client development. Win your own clients. Run full 360 searches. Build a desk that's genuinely yours.
• Progression is earned, not given. We back your development based on what you're ready for, working closely with you to build the skills that make exceptional recruitment consultants.

What We're Looking For

• A recent graduate with a genuine interest in Recruitment and Deep Tech who is hungry to build a career, not just take a job
• Goal-oriented with a track record of setting targets and hitting them – whether in sport, work, academia, or life
• Coachable, mature, and comfortable with consistent, repetitive work
• Resilient – you bounce back from setbacks and don't let bad days define you
• Genuinely interested in deep tech and the industries we serve
• Based in Austin or commutable to our Four Points office
