About the Role

Work Environment
This role is based in a clean, spacious, and well-lit manufacturing shop where prefabricated trusses and wall panels are produced for field construction teams. The facility is temperature-controlled and highly safety conscious, with established safety programs and protocols that guide daily operations. Assemblers work in teams of 3–4 people in designated areas, and the work may take place in multiple buildings depending on the specific product line. The position involves standing and moving throughout the shift, working with hand and power tools, nail guns, saws, and other shop equipment. Typical schedules are first shift, Monday through Friday, with hours approximately 5:30 a.m.–4:00 p.m. or 6:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m., supporting a 50-hour workweek. Team members are expected to bring or obtain basic tools such as a tool belt, a 25-foot tape measure, and a utility knife. The environment is organized, production-focused, and designed to support both safety and efficiency, with a virtual tour available during the hiring process to provide a clear preview of the shop and role.
