About this role

Key Responsibilities

· Lead the strategic vision, design, and execution of a comprehensive entrepreneurship development program with a strong emphasis on mentorship, founder support, and ecosystem building
· Teach, lead, and facilitate high-impact programs, seminars, workshops, and full curriculum tracks focused on entrepreneurship, business development, financial literacy, and scaling strategies
· Design and implement structured mentorship programs that pair experienced business leaders with emerging and existing entrepreneurs to accelerate growth and sustainability
· Develop and continuously refine curriculum, training materials, and program content, ensuring relevance, engagement, and measurable outcomes
· Actively recruit, engage, and retain cohorts of small business entrepreneurs, with a focus on high-potential and underserved founders
· Build and manage a network of volunteer and professional mentors, ensuring alignment, engagement, and meaningful outcomes for both mentors and participants
· Provide direct coaching and mentorship to entrepreneurs, guiding them through challenges in strategy, finance, operations, and growth
· Cultivate and maintain strategic partnerships with local businesses, investors, community organizations, and stakeholders to expand opportunities and resources for program participants
· Oversee program operations, including budgeting, scheduling, resource allocation, and continuous improvement of program delivery
· Track, measure, and report on program outcomes, including entrepreneur progress, business growth metrics, mentor engagement, and overall community impact
· Identify and secure funding opportunities, including grants, sponsorships, and partnerships, to support program sustainability and expansion
· Manage and supervise program staff, consultants, and volunteers, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and mission alignment
· Serve as a visible ambassador for the program, representing the organization at community events, networking forums, and industry engagements to attract entrepreneurs, mentors, and partners

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Entrepreneurship, Economic Development, or a related field (master’s preferred)
· 5+ years of experience in entrepreneurship development, business coaching, mentorship program management, or small business support initiatives
· Demonstrated experience teaching, facilitating, and leading workshops, seminars, or structured training programs
· Demonstrated experience mentoring entrepreneurs and/or building mentorship-driven programs
· Proven ability to recruit, develop, and engage both entrepreneurs and mentor networks
· Strong background working with startups, small businesses, or underserved entrepreneurial communities
· Comprehensive knowledge of all stages of the entrepreneurial lifecycle, including ideation, validation, formation, launch, growth, and scaling
· Working knowledge of key business disciplines, including business formation and entity structuring, legal and regulatory considerations, financial management, accounting, and tax fundamentals, sales, marketing, and customer acquisition strategies, operations, systems, and organizational development
· Excellent leadership, organizational, and project management skills with the ability to execute and scale programs
· Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities across diverse stakeholders
