Executive Summary: HRUCKUS is looking for an experienced Workday Financial Analyst to support Finance initiatives from design through go-live and ongoing system support by partnering closely with business stakeholders to configure, test, and optimize Workday Financials solutions.

Position Description: This is a hands-on functional role responsible for the full-cycle implementation of Workday Financials, including the design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support of key modules such as General Ledger, Cash Management, Accounts Payable, Customer Accounts, and Fixed Assets.

Position Responsibilities:

• Support full-cycle implementation of Workday Financials, including design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support
• Configure and support key Workday Financials modules, including General Ledger, Cash Management, Accounts Payable, Customer Accounts, and Fixed Assets
• Translate business requirements into functional design and system configuration
• Manage system changes from requirements through implementation and validation
• Develop and execute test scripts, support user acceptance testing (UAT), and resolve defects
• Partner with Finance and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions
• Support reporting, documentation, and end-user training
• Ensure system functionality aligns with business needs and financial processes
• Assist with ongoing system enhancements and optimization initiatives

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 4+ years of Workday Financials experience
• Proven experience supporting full-cycle Workday Financials implementations
• Strong functional expertise across Workday Financials modules
• Strong understanding of financial systems and accounting processes
• Hands-on experience with Workday Financials configuration and functionality
• Experience with testing, including UAT, test script creation, and defect resolution
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to translate business needs into system solutions
