The Talent Solutions Account Manager plays a critical role in expanding, retaining, and deepening relationships within established enterprise clients. It is designed for a sales professional who thrives in consultative account management, understands how to uncover growth opportunities within existing partnerships, and excels at delivering long-term value to complex organizations.


This role partners closely with recruiting, delivery, and leadership teams to ensure client satisfaction, account expansion, and consistent execution of high-impact talent solutions.


Position Objective:

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of existing enterprise accounts
  • Expand share-of-wallet by identifying new service lines, geographies, and workforce solutions within current clients
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and senior stakeholders
  • Drive revenue growth through account expansion, renewals, and long-term partnership development
  • Ensure exceptional client experience and delivery alignment


Key Responsibilities:

Enterprise Account Management & Expansion

  • Own and manage relationships with assigned enterprise and strategic accounts
  • Develop a deep understanding of each client’s business goals, workforce challenges, and talent strategies
  • Identify and execute opportunities to expand services, job families, regions, or solution offerings
  • Lead account planning activities, including growth strategies and quarterly business reviews (QBRs)
  • Partner with leadership to strengthen long-term client relationships and contract renewals


Client Relationship & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers, procurement, HR, and senior decision-makers
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client communication and escalation
  • Provide consultative guidance on market trends, talent availability, and workforce best practices
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction, trust, and retention


Delivery & Internal Collaboration

  • Partner closely with recruiting and delivery teams to ensure alignment on client expectations and outcomes
  • Translate client needs into actionable recruitment strategies
  • Support continuous improvement of service delivery and talent performance within accounts
  • Advocate internally for client needs while balancing operational realities


Sales Operations & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate account activity, pipeline, and forecasts within CRM systems
  • Track expansion opportunities, contract performance, and revenue trends
  • Report on account health, risks, and growth opportunities to sales leadership
  • Ensure compliance with internal processes and client agreements


Work experience and attributes:

  • Proven experience in account management, enterprise sales, or client services within staffing, talent solutions, or workforce consulting
  • Demonstrated success expanding and retaining large, complex client accounts
  • Strong consultative selling and relationship management skills
  • Comfort working with senior-level stakeholders and cross‑functional teams
  • Highly organized, proactive, and client‑focused
  • Experience supporting IT, Engineering, or Life Sciences clients preferred
  • CRM proficiency and data-driven approach to account management
