Key Purpose
The Engineering Excellence Manager will lead and supervise the Operations & Maintenance Team while driving operational consistency, engineering excellence, and best-in-class facility performance. This leader will oversee maintenance activities, preventive maintenance programs, vendor coordination, safety compliance, operational documentation, and critical systems reliability.
This role is essential in ensuring uninterrupted facility operations while fostering a culture centered around safety, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
