Employment Litigation Attorney

📍 Canoga Park, CA (On-Site)

You Fight for Workers. So Do We.

We are a plaintiff-side employment law firm based in Canoga Park, California, and we're building something a little different. We represent employees in their most difficult moments: wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour violations, and more. We take that responsibility seriously.

What sets us apart is how we work. We embrace technology and AI as genuine tools of the trade, not as novelties, but as a smarter way to research, prepare, and advocate. If you're someone who's curious about where law and technology intersect, you'll find a firm that shares that curiosity.

You Litigate. You Grow. You Try Cases.

We're looking for an Employment Litigation Attorney who is ready to take on a full caseload and grow with us, all the way through trial if the case calls for it.

You don't need an extensive trial record to apply. But we are looking for someone who wants to get there. If the courtroom is somewhere you've been working toward, this is a place where that can actually happen.

This is a full-time, on-site position at our Canoga Park office.

What Your Day-to-Day Looks Like

  • Manage an active caseload of employment litigation matters from intake through resolution
  • Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery with the support of AI-assisted legal tools
  • Take and defend depositions of plaintiffs, defendants, and third-party witnesses
  • Attend court hearings and case management conferences
  • Engage in meet and confer processes, negotiations, and mediations
  • Conduct honest, thoughtful case evaluation and risk assessment
  • Prepare cases for trial and try them
  • Maintain clear, consistent communication with clients throughout their matter

What You Bring to the Table

  • Active California State Bar membership in good standing, license required
  • 2+ years of employment litigation or personal injury experience with proven, hands-on case ownership from start to finish
  • Strong legal research, writing, and motion practice skills
  • Experience taking and defending depositions
  • Familiarity with California Labor Code and FEHA claims
  • A genuine interest in trial work, courtroom experience is a plus but not required
  • Comfort in a tech-forward environment; we use AI tools regularly and value attorneys who embrace that
  • Ability to work independently while staying connected to a collaborative team
  • Must be available to work on-site full time at our Canoga Park office

Compensation

$120,000 – $180,000

We're looking for someone who is ready to litigate with purpose, grow their trial experience, and be part of a firm that's thoughtful about the future of legal practice. If that resonates, we'd love to connect.
