Responsibilities for an HR Specialist include but are not limited to:

  • Provide front-line HR support by addressing employee questions, resolving workplace concerns, and interpreting HR policies and procedures
  • Manage a high volume of employee cases while maintaining accurate documentation and ensuring compliance with company standards
  • Partner with managers and HR teams to recommend solutions related to employee relations, performance management, and workplace accommodations
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and help implement efficient HR procedures and best practices


Candidates for HR Specialist must meet the following requirements to be considered:

  • 3+ years of experience consulting on human resources policies and processes with employees and managers
  • Prior experience as an HR Generalist with strong Employee Relations experience (performance management, coaching, employee/manager guidance) preferred
  • Experience with case management systems and HRIS platforms such as Workday highly preferred
  • Strong conflict resolution, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a hybrid team environment
