We are seeking anEmergency Room RN Manager(ER RN Manager),also referred to as an Emergency Department RNManager, EmergencyServices RNManager orEmergency Room Nurse Manager.TheEmergency Room Nursing Manager willoversee the daily operations of the EmergencyServicesDepartment, ensuring safe patient flow, proper staffing, and compliance with clinical and regulatory standards.The ER RN Manager willsupport and develop nursing staff while collaborating with physicians and other teams to deliver efficient, high quality emergency care.ER RN Manager’salso monitor key performance metrics, manage resources, and lead initiatives that improve patient outcomes and department readiness.
Responsibilities
**As our Emergency Room RN Manager, you will need to provide 24/7 accountabilityofthe team!
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (includes, but not limited to):
Qualifications
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING
1. Must have a current and valid state license as a Registered Nurse.
2. BLS upon hire and maintain current.
3. A minimum of two years supervisory/management experience necessary.
4. Certified Emergency Nurse (CEN) preferred.
5. PALS upon hire and maintain current.
6. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) upon hire and maintain current.
7. Minimum of three years of continuous clinical experience in a clinical/acute care setting.
8. Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), required for all hires after 1/11/2021.
Facility Specific Requirements (facility may require items listed below):
1. Non-OB facilities: NRP certificate within 30 days upon hire and maintain current.
