  • Predictable hours: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM, 365 days/year
  • Flexible scheduling: 6-, 8-, 10-, or 12-hour shifts
  • Average 2–2.5 patients/hour with strong clinical support
  • Fully resourced sites with on-site lab, radiology, and pharmacy

Compensation
  • $147–$163/hour + wRVU incentives and group bonuses
  • Total annual compensation: $285K–$340K+
  • Paid malpractice with tail coverage
  • Sign-on bonus
  • PSLF eligible
