About the Role
We are seeking a highly execution-focused B2B Email Marketing Specialist to drive lead generation and customer growth through targeted, data-driven campaigns.
This is a hands-on “doer” role, responsible for managing the full lifecycle of email campaigns—from concept and creation to execution, performance tracking, and optimization. You will work independently while partnering closely with Sales to directly impact pipeline growth and customer expansion.
Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, and a data-driven mindset in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and execute end-to-end B2B email marketing campaigns (writing, building, launching, optimizing).
- Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
- Drive lead generation, upsell, and cross-sell initiatives through targeted email strategies.
- Analyze campaign performance (open rates, CTR, conversions) and optimize in real time.
- Build and maintain segmented lists based on customer data and buyer personas.
- Collaborate closely with Sales to ensure effective lead handoff and follow-up alignment.
- Manage and optimize workflows and nurture campaigns within Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot).
- Ensure accuracy, formatting, and brand alignment across all campaigns.
- Identify opportunities within the existing customer base to increase engagement and revenue.
- Continuously improve performance through A/B testing and campaign iteration.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on B2B email marketing experience
- Proven ability to independently manage multiple campaigns end-to-end
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot) is required
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing campaign performance
- Experience working cross-functionally with Sales teams
Preferred Experience
- Background in manufacturing, industrial, or technical B2B environments
- Experience with segmentation, lead scoring, or marketing automation tools
- Familiarity with CRM systems and campaign reporting
- Experience supporting upsell and cross-sell campaigns
