About Rockville Correctional Facility:
Rockville Correctional Facility is a maximum‑security institution located in Rockville, Indiana, housing more than 1,200 incarcerated adult females. It also functions as the intake unit for all women entering the Indiana Department of Correction. The facility provides assessments to identify appropriate placement and programming for each individual. Educational and vocational opportunities include cosmetology, parenting support, and a long‑standing partnership with Televerde that offers pre‑ and post‑release employment pathways. Role Overview:
As the Electronic Technician, you will be responsible for providing the technical electronics expertise necessary for the installation, operation, and inspection of electronic equipment. In this position, you help with troubleshooting, testing, and repairing electronic systems and equipment.
Salary Statement:
The salary for this position traditionally starts at $42,900.00 but may be commensurate with education or work experience.

Additional requirements if position is for AGO:
A degree is not required. However, a High School Diploma or High School Equivalent (HSE) and at least four (4) years of experience in repair and/or maintenance of electronic components and equipment experience applying the outlined knowledge, skills, and abilities in a similar role may be considered.
