Device Repair Technician

Pay: $18/hour (Weekly pay)

Shift: 1st shift



Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable Device Repair Technician to diagnose, test, and repair electronic equipment, including mobile phones and computers. In this role, you will refurbish devices to meet quality and cosmetic standards while maintaining required turnaround times. You will work both independently and as part of a collaborative team, following detailed work instructions and documenting all completed repairs.

This position is ideal for someone with strong technical aptitude, attention to detail, and experience working with electronic components and repair tools in a structured environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose, test, and repair malfunctioning electronic devices
  • Perform phone and computer repairs to meet functional and cosmetic standards
  • Refurbish equipment in compliance with quality and productivity requirements
  • Operate computers, diagnostic tools, and small hand tools effectively
  • Read, interpret, and follow written work instructions and repair documentation
  • Accurately record all completed repairs and testing results
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
  • Meet expected turnaround times and output standards
Required Skills & Experience
  • Experience with electronics troubleshooting and repair
  • Proficiency in testing and repairing point-of-sale or similar electronic equipment
  • Strong attention to detail when following diagrams, schematics, and work orders
  • Knowledge of electrical schematics and soldering techniques
  • Experience with calibration processes
  • Comfortable using computers for data entry and documentation

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
