Job Description
This role focuses on assembling and integrating electromechanical components and sub-assemblies using hand and power tools while working from detailed drawings, schematics, and specifications. You will perform precise electrical and mechanical assembly, contribute to continuous product and process improvements, and help ensure that all assemblies meet quality and workmanship standards in a manufacturing environment.

Work Environment
This position operates in a manufacturing or production environment focused on electronics and electro-mechanical assembly and test. You will regularly use a range of hand and power tools, including screwdrivers, wrenches, torque tools, crimpers, soldering irons, hand drills, Dremel tools, and sanders. Work involves reading and interpreting detailed drawings, schematics, and specifications at a workstation or assembly area. The environment is hands-on and detail-oriented, with an emphasis on safety, quality, and adherence to documented procedures during standard production hours.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sussex, WI.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $30.00/hr.
